What do I do if I've damaged a book?

If you’ve damaged a book, please return it directly to the library helpdesk. Our team will assess the damage and decide what to do on an ad hoc basis. We’ll only ever charge you if damage was due to circumstances within your control, and the book needs to be replaced.
