I booked a 1-2-1 appointment but can no longer attend, how do I cancel it?

When you book an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation email; there is a cancellation link in this email. To cancel your appointment, just click the link and follow the steps on the screen. If you are unable to find this email, please contact learningservices@uos.ac.uk so we can cancel your appointment on your behalf.
If you're unable to attend your 1-2-1 appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so that we can make the slot available to other students.
Please note 1-2-1 appointments can only be cancelled via this link 24 hours or more before the time of your appointment. Email learningservices@uos.ac.uk if you wish to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
